Yoshi's Crafted World Dino Smash Flowers
Hello, and welcome to Hey Poor Player’s Yoshi’s Crafted World Guide! For anyone searching high and low for the hand-crafted knick-knacks within Yoshi’s adorable Switch adventure, we’ve got you covered.
Blockafellers[1] are a family of robot-like characters in Yoshi's Crafted World. They have springy arms, heads with a flower on top and a large nose, a singular 'foot' made out of a bottle cap, and bodies made out of cardboard boxes. All Blockafellers except for the one in Sunshine Station start out without any energy in the middle of the path, with their appearance being a box with a meter in front of it. Once they are given the required amount of Smiley Flowers to recharge them, they unlock the world and stay on the far left spot on the map of the world, or to the left of the boss battles. Their color scheme changes depending on the Blockafeller. Their name appears to be a combination of 'block' and 'Rockefeller.' Three types of Blockafeller exist in the game. The first kind is the standard kind that appears in each world. The second is a larger variant known as Torques. These ones have two bottle cap feet instead of one, lack springy arms (having them directly attached to their bodies instead) and wear clothing such as overalls, sunhats, or sunglasses. These Blockafellers appear on each boss battle island. Finally, there is a single elderly Blockafeller with a cane and elf hat named Crumples who appears twice in the game, once to tell the player they can choose the order to search for the red, purple, and yellow Dream Gems, and again once the player collects said Dream Gems to access the final few areas. After talking with him in both of these encounters, he flies away with balloons on his back. After the player beats a level, the world's Blockafeller assigns them a task that involves going back to the same level to collect a souvenir for them, such as collecting five cardboard cows in Rail-Yard Run. When the task is beaten, the player can choose to continue playing the level or to exit it. When the level is exited after the task is completed, the world's Blockafeller gives the player a Smiley Flower. A Blockafeller costume can also be unlocked by finding Sprout in every level.

Yoshi S Crafted World Dino Smash Flowers
Dino Smash is a desert level in Yoshi's Crafted World as the first level of Dino Desert. Its main gimmick is allowing Yoshi to wear a triceratops skull on his head to break blocks and defeat enemies.
Overview[edit]Front side[edit]The level begins with an arrow sign pointing to a triceratops skull that Yoshi can wear. A wall of breakable dirt blocks is found next, with Shy Guys around it and Coins inside and above it. Next is a tall Shy Guy Tower carrying the first Smiley Flower. After more Shy Guys, Yoshi finds five Item Balloons each carrying a Heart. Next, Yoshi must ground pound multiple dirt blocks, having to lose his triceratops skull in the process, to reach the first Checkpoint Bell. Yoshi is blocked off by some dirt blocks, which are smashed by a Skall Heyho on the other side. After an Egg Block, a red Winged Timer Cloud appears. Yoshi must hit three Shy Guys, each carrying Blue Coins to earn a Smiley Flower. After a Winged Cloud with hearts, a blue Winged Timer Cloud above five bone platforms appears, making apples appear around the platforms. After a bridge of dirt blocks above ground, Yoshi reaches a pillar of dirt blocks with another triceratops skull on top. Once a Skall Heyho smashes the blocks, Yoshi can wear the skull. Yoshi can is then required to break through more dirt blocks to reach the second Checkpoint Bell. Next, Yoshi reaches a large set of dirt blocks, in the formation of a castle. Shy Guys are found inside and around it. Afterward, Yoshi must break through four small stacks of dirt blocks each with a Bon-Bom on it. Next, Yoshi must ground pound down through more dirt blocks and break through another wall of them. Five Item Balloons with hearts are found before a large mud pond that Yoshi must cross. Yoshi must traverse small pieces of ground, some with dirt blocks, along with Shy Guys and Bon-Boms in the way. After crossing the pond, Yoshi finds a large set of dirt blocks with many Shy Guys. A spring is found at the end, propelling Yoshi to the path to the goal. Flip side[edit]The fence on the flip side is shown to be brown as opposed to light blue on the front side. Both areas where Yoshi had to ground pound down some dirt blocks now has a spring and the dirt blocks removed. The light-blue Poochy Pup is found in the dirt block castle area, at a wall. The black Poochy Pup is found right after the first Checkpoint Bell, shortly after the light-blue Poochy Pup. It pokes out from two holes in the background. The pink Poochy Pup is found at the top of the tall Shy Guy Tower, in place of the first Smiley Flower. Collectibles[edit]Smiley Flowers[edit]
Three more Smiley Flowers are awarded for collecting at least 100 coins in the level, completing the level with 20 hearts, and collecting all 20 Red Coins. Crafts[edit]Found on the flip side:

Sprout[edit]Sprout is found at the spot with the bridge of dirt blocks, near the fourth Smiley Flower. Yoshi must ground pound the bridge to find Sprout partially buried in the sand. Enemies[edit]
