In each world in Yoshi's Crafted World, Yoshi can spend coins on a capsule machine to receive random capsules containing costumes, which Yoshi can wear to protect himself against enemies. The costumes come in three rarities: normal, rare, and super rare; indicated by the color of the capsules: green, red, and gold, respectively.

Ninjarama is a ninja-themed world in Yoshi's Crafted World. It is unlocked after completing Sky-High Heights or Cardstock Carnival, and costs fifteen Smiley Flowers to open. It is made up of three levels: Deceptive Doors, Behind the Shoji, and The Shogun's Castle. Completing this world unlocks Rumble Jungle.
